Vintage ceramic Casa Pupo basket of peaches
Quite chuffed to have sourced this colourful basket of peaches (at least we think they are peaches!) by Casa Pupo in Spain. These are often copied but this is an original, most likely from the 50s or 60s, and they don’t come up all that often.
We love the little flowers in between the fruit, and the super lattice basket base. It is a very cheerful piece. The fruit is attached to the basket and it all comes in one piece, in good vintage condition with a few very minor losses and one small crack in the lattice bowl (no movement, it is solid, and we think it is pretty old), which is not noticeable unless the piece is upside down.
